How do I download the recognition results?
After submitting documents, they will be grouped into a batch and sent for recognition. Once the recognition process is finalized, our system will notify you by email.
The email will contain a link to âMy Documentsâ section. Press it to see the list of all uploaded document batches and click on the Download button to get the desired report.
Please note, if your session was interrupted, you may be asked to log in once again. If you are transferred to the Login section, please fill in your login credentials and the system will redirect you to âMy documentsâ.
You can access your files at any time by pressing My Account and selecting âMy Documentsâ from the navigation bar. All your document uploads will be gathered here.
