How to add a new user?
To add a new user, please go to the Users’ List and click on the "Add new user" button.
In a second you will be able to fill in the needed information about the new user.
Please, enter such details as first & last name, email, and role.
You will be also asked to create a password that has to meet the following requirements:
- 8-20 characters
- At least one capital letter (e.g. A, B, C, D)
- At least one small letter (e.g. a, b, c, d)
- One or more numbers (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
- Symbol and special characters (e.g. !, @, &, *).
Please, repeat your password to confirm it.
If your password doesn't meet any of the requirements, you won't be able to activate the "Add" button.
Once everything is filled out correctly, you'll receive a notification that the new user has been added and the "Seats" value will be updated.
